A friend of mine at work has been battling through some pretty tough personal things. She shares with me, and most of the time I don’t know what to say. I just listen. She puts herself down and is so hard on herself. I was trying to figure out a way to get through to her that she is so smart, talented, beautiful, and a complete joy to be around.
