My daughter gave me my key for Christmas and it was inscribed with "Breathe." Having gone through a lengthy divorce process after a 32 year long abusive marriage, it was all I could do to breathe. My daughter stood by my side all the way. It is good to be reminded to breathe - the key was a perfect gift of celebration, inspiration, and freedom. I am mailing my key to a friend who is facing the same situation that I did, yet is choosing to stay because of her children. I pray for her and pray that the key will help her unlock doors so she can escape the situation and be free - free to Breathe.
