Return Policy

Refund/Exchange Policy

We accept refunds and exchanges on non-custom items up to 30 days from the date you receive the package. If your order is custom, please refer to our Custom policy below. If 30 days have passed since you received your package, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All sale items are final sale and we are unable to accept refund and exchange requests for these products.

All returns must be approved by our Customer Service department prior to you making the return shipment as we offer different return solutions depending on the nature of the return.

When completing an exchange, your new item will be shipped after we receive the original purchase.

All goods will be inspected on return.


We encourage our customers to wear their story and share their story in their own words. However, custom engraved items are final sale, with the exception of being received in defective condition. Please contact Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your package.

All goods will be inspected upon return and must be received within 30 days of approval. Unfortunately, we are unable to complete your request beyond this time frame. 

(Please note, a prepaid shipping label will only be issued with some orders).

Please contact our Customer Care team at help[at] immediately if you need to change your order. Please be advised that some orders are in fulfillment very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to change.

We're sorry to hear you would like to cancel your order, but please email to make this request. Please note, we start processing your order as soon as you click "complete order." During processing, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once it moves to the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled.
