Lisa Adams is a "fearless" principal at International Christian Academy in Las Vegas. This was her first year stepping into the role as a principal. She has been in the classroom prior to this new role for over a decade. She has left the comfort of her home in California, moved to Nevada and left a small farming city to move to a large city.
Every day she enters to work to over 300 children who love and look up to her.
I know one thing for sure, she will wear that "fearless" necklace as she leads the school into its next season, with the opening of a high school in the fall. Lisa amazes me daily as I watch her get out of her comfort zone and help form the next generation. She makes me want to be more FEARLESS.
