If You Ever Read This

I received the strength necklace from my sister. I went through a tough time and although I don't have my family in the same city I know they are always there for me. Strength has always been a weakness of mine but I've learned that as long as you have people that love you through the good and the bad you will pull through stronger than ever. I wore this necklace every day to keep it close to my heart, where my sister belongs. Today I decided to send the necklace to my step mother. She's a brave woman and I love her with all of my heart. She's went on vacation with family and ended up having some medical issues. She's had four surgeries within the past month. Hopefully today was the last. Although I may not have been fully ready to let go of my strength key, I know in my heart that she needs it so much more than me. This was one of the most amazing gifts I have ever received and it definitely uplifted my spirits. I'm hoping that it will do the same for her and she will pull through this tough time. Lorri I don't know if you will ever read this but if you do just know that I think you are a strong beautiful woman and can't imagine my life without you in it....
