Ability To Shine

I don't necessarily think my story will make you cry, although I sure hope it helps my co-worker "Shine" when he competes at the World Half-Ironman this coming weekend in Mont Tremblant, Canada. His name is Mike and he's 45. This is the first time he's ever advanced to World level competition. Despite training relentlessly, he tends to be really hard on himself and doubts his ability to win, much less place. I gave my key to him today at work and told him that I wanted him to SHINE! He seemed very touched and I'm hoping it helps his mindset focus on building up his confidence rather than bringing it down. He's a pretty humble guy and I really want him to Shine! Good luck Mike!
