I won a gift package from one of my favorite companies. I was unable to use the hotel in LA, because I'm a young working mom of a 3 year old... and a widow. The trip to a free, swanky hotel would have been difficult and expensive. I wouldn't have been able to afford going to enjoy the free hotel and find care for my daughter while I was gone. I decided to give it to someone I knew that lived near there. They ended up using it for their babymoon and highly enjoyed themselves and it was well deserved.
I got the key necklace in the mail the other day and the inscription read BELIEVE. I'm hoping that it means that someone will believe in me again enough to love me and my daughter. She doesn't know what it's like to have a daddy and I'm hoping some day her dream will come true. Believe that dreams can come true.
