Time To Let Go

OK. I just ordered my key with the words LET GO on it. So I purchased this for myself, and once no longer needed with pay it forward to someone that needs it more. I am at one of the lowest points of my life. I am a 37 year old female, that is currently in an outpatient program for anxiety and major depression. I am a super dependent person that can barely do ANYTHING on my own. I am scared of change, scared of the future, and hang on to all the bad which is why I chose the saying LET GO for my key. Every time I feel the anxiety building up, the depression, an emotion or person I am holding on to that is unhealthy for me, I will have this necklace around my neck to remind me to let go. I am very eager to receive this necklace I even paid 2-3 day shipping :) Hopefully in the future I will be able to write the Pay It Forward story....for now this is my story.
