I Have Sent The LOVE key to My Very Best Friend
Today, I have sent the LOVE key to my very best friend, Anni. Our friendship was born from a place of sorrow and although we have shared many hurts and tears over the past few years, it has become the greatest gift filled with pure happiness and silly laughs; and a source of tremendous strength and support. Despite the many miles that divide us it feels like she is always by my side and in my heart - as treasured and as special as a sister with a bond like no other. It is a friendship that has endured more than its fair share of tests and tribulations and has been shaken to its very core only to prove, time and time again, that love will triumph and conquer all obstacles. I love her for all that she has taught me about real friendship and trust; and for all that she has nurtured within me by constantly pushing me with love and kindness to take those hard looks at myself and to strive to be a better person. She is an incredible person and it has been such an honour to have her as my friend.
