My necklace had the word 'AMOR' on it which means love in Spanish.
I went to Peru this past summer and worked for a child outreach ministry that provides part time residential for these kids passing through crises. I became very close one of the staff, Vanessa, who I worked with every day in the classrooms.
I knew she was the one I was meant to pass my message to. The day before I left, I wrote her a letter and read it out loud to her and then gave her my necklace.
Many happy tears were shed!
