I gave my sister the key that said Breathe. It's what she said to me as soon as she arrived at the hospital to find our Mother had passed away. It's what she says to herself when life gets messy. It's what she says when she hugs me and the tears are flowing and it's what she continues to try and teach me when I take it all on my shoulders. I love my Sister Dina and I know that she will give someone the gift of "Breathe" someday just as she rescued me with it!
