Take the Lead

I am a middle school teacher and every Monday morning an eighth grade student, Sophia, comes to the classroom with a motivating message for the 7th grade students. Over the weekend she was shopping with her mom and purchased the "INSPIRE" giving key. On Monday morning she shared with the 7th graders that she is passing along her INSPIRE Giving Key to the 7th grade, and she would like to inspire them to make good choices, take the lead and be an upstander in all situations. Sophia then shared some background behind the Giving Key company. She encouraged the students to go to the website and pass along a Giving Key. 

I thought the 8th grade student delivered a great message to the 7th graders and I was inspired and impressed with the response to her message and the giving key.
