This weekend I was blessed with the opportunity to go to a leadership retreat for our industry. The company I represent had the most in attendance at the event and it was such a blessing when our beautiful founder and CEO, Heidi Leist gave all of us a Giving Key Necklace. My mind was blown away by the gesture and by the beauty of these pieces of jewelry. I cannot wait to pass my gift off to someone who needs it to pay it forward. Hope the photo does it justice!
