Just Breathe
Don't know that it counts but I purchased a "BREATHE" key for a friend who had a lung infection and was down to 30% breathing capacity for most of this year. This is a girl who does cross fit daily and runs Obstacle Course/Mud Runs Races. We went to Tibet over the summer and she had a rough time with the altitude that was compounded by the breathing issue... The problem was really getting her down ... And if that wasn't enough, her husband of 10 years decided to move on... I really thought that a reminder to just "BREATHE" was the best gift I could give her -- she is a big believer in paying it forward so I know she will post when its time for her to pass on this gift....
