Courage for the Darkest Days
I chose the COURAGE key for my beautiful friend Donna. She is one of the most beautiful people I know and is getting ready to send her precious son to basic training. In the span of two weeks, this child will have graduated a semester early with high honors from Georgia Tech, will be getting married to his high school sweetheart and heading off to begin the journey of valor and courage. That's alot for a Mother's heart to take in. When I was going through one of the worst times in my life, my own son fighting a terrible disease, this beautiful friend prayed for us and gave us courage on some of the darkest days. My prayer for her is for God to anoint her in this season with a courage that defies explanation. I love her dearly and believe with all my heart God will keep her son right in the palm of His hand, the safest place to be not matter what is happening around him.
