I gave my daughter a bracelet with a key on it that says Breathe.
She asked, why would you give me a bracelet with a key? I replied to her, did you read what the key said? She shook her head and said no.
I gave it to her because every time I talk to my daughter when she is at college at the end of our conversation I tell her to just Breathe. So when she is feeling anxious she can look at her wrist and remember to just Breathe - the key is a reminder that I am with you and everything is going to be okay.
And someday when she comes across someone that needs that same reminder she can give it to them.
