I received my HOPE key for Christmas from my sister. Today I mailed it to a friend with two small children who is suffering from depression. She feels lost and guilty and overwhelmed. She has been my friend for 24 years and I am glad she has me to call. I hope this reminds her that we all stumble and someday she will feel better enough to pass it on the way I have.
