Our family business is in transition from Generation 2 to Generation 3, this is not an easy process. We have an amazing family! After many meetings and learning from each other about what it means to transition in our family business, I gifted 3 keys to my dad and 2 uncles. I gifted HOPE to my father for a brighter future, excited for change in the business. I gifted COURAGE to one uncle who needed encouragement to make a change in his role and I gifted FAITH to my other uncle that he could have faith in the younger generation to lead change and make a difference in the world. I ended up with BREATHE, so I can stay focused on the positives and just BREATHE through tough situations for better outcomes.
