Breathe In The Good

A young lady I work with busts her butt to do all the petty little details of a job that comes with little reward. For months or even a year she has stressed and had anxiety over the job AND whether or not to leave the job behind. We have spent countless hours venting with one another about broken processes, people who don't lift a finger and just a huge system determined to be held up by the few and not the many.

She announced yesterday that she is leaving this job for another. I want her to take with her the power to breathe. Every job has those frustrations and we need to learn to breathe our way through all the tasks. But I really want to press upon her that we also need to stop and breathe in all the good that happens for us in life.
