My name is Jordan and I was born with Cystic Fibrosis. Most people don't know what that is, so I'll explain. It's a disease that affects mainly my lungs but the rest of my body as well. I've been very blessed to have the health that I have had, however, this past year has been difficult for me.
I purchased this necklace as a reminder to simply breathe through the tough times. I wasn't exactly looking for someone to pass it off to, because honestly, it had meant to much to me through a difficult time.
That all changed when I came across a girl from my hometown. She too had Cystic Fibrosis, however, her health condition was far worse than my miniscule problems. I immediately knew that she was the one I was supposed to give my key to. I packaged it up, wrote a note, and sent it to her. I hope that this necklace was as much of an encouragement to her as it was to me.
