My Story
In 2023 My hubby was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, A rare brain tumor. He was stage 4 from the start. My 2 boys Jeffrey 18 and Jonathan 14 helped care for their dad along the side of me. My hubby went down hill within 4 months and died June 13th 2023. My boys had to grow up fast watching their dad suffer for 5 months, they accepted their dads passing because he wasn't suffering anymore. They truly acted like mature adults! I on the other hand I was a mess. I missed my hubby and had to face raising my two boys on my own.
I'm blessed with a HUGE support group of friends and family! 6 months later after we got back on our feet, My 14 year old son was killed in a vehicular homicide. North Park Dec 23, 2023 my baby was taken from me and from his brother.
Due to the fact the driver was showing off and driving recklessly and flipped the car. He killed two people. Our lives have forever changed. We are still in shock till this day. How does this happen?
So, our goal is to reach out and touch some else's life and help them heal. We are blessed for our support. We want to pay it forward. Love Ellie and Jeffrey Tourney and Jonathan in spirit. Forever Young!
