My best friend has had a tough year. Her brother died on the phone talking to her a few months before her mentally abusive husband threatened to kill her... so eventually she found the strength to leave him. After he found out she was gone he committed suicide and left the blame to her in a devastating letter. After staying by her side and watching her pick herself up I gifted a "Let Go" key necklace to her as a reminder that the past is over and she is now free to pursue the rest of her life.
