This is how it all happened. I go to college in the UK, although I was born in the US. On one of my first days there, a friend of a friend introduced me The Giving Keys and I ordered mine with the word PROTECTION on it.
I stayed with the key for about 7 months until I met a guy called Collin who had just lost his parents and little sister in a war at Palestine. He lived there and was the only one that was able to escape from it. Then, I thought he needed PROTECTION way more than I did and it amazed me that he became one of my best friends later on.
