My Story

3 and a half years ago I was diagnosed with stage 4 triple negative metaplastic breast cancer. Survival was 20 percent and 3 months today I’m NED I beat the odds. I work retail and a customer named Leigh gave me the key 🔑 about two month into treatment because she had also had cancer, she wanted me to have it.

I put the key on and never took it off I consider it my good luck charm over the years I have added more charms to the key but never took it off. Last October I tattooed they key on myself. The turtle forms the top of my key because it’s a lucky little turtle to go with my courage key. I have enclosed a photo of the tattoo.
