My Story

Friendship isn't defined by how often you talk, grab coffee, or go out on the town. My friendship with Liz goes back 38 years, to when we were college roommates & Alpha Phi sisters at Oklahoma City University. Life took us in different directions, but several years ago we reconnected - thanks to the power of social media. Last September, Liz was diagnosed with Leukemia, and for the past nine months, she has been in the fight of her life. If you're lucky enough to know Liz, then you've experienced her incredible sense of humor, her kindness, and her unwavering positivity. That's not to say it hasn't been unimaginably hard - because it has. But through every test, every painful procedure, and every setback, Liz has shown the world what it truly means to be FEARLESS. I've had my "Fearless" key for years, but today I realized there's no one - and no time - that better represents what that word truly means than Liz.
