My best friend is…well…she is amazing. Working first as a children's oncology nurse, and now as an integral part of the cancer trial teams that strive to save children lives, she puts most of our petty concerns in our jobs and lives in perspective.

Recently she has volunteered to go with Doctor without Borders to Mongolia, once again putting others needs ahead of her own. Just like the rest of us, this dear friend has setbacks, and emotional ups and downs, but I want to remind her that she is also strong. I want her to wear this necklace to remember always how much love and power she has and to be FEARLESS.
