No Dream Is Too Big For Anyone

When I was in fifth grade I wrote in our school yearbook that I wanted to be a dancer in Disneyland by the year 2020. This past February 2016, I flew from Laramie, Wyoming where I was going to school and attended my first Disneyland audition in California. After a full audition day I was cast in Disneyland's Paint the Night parade and asked to return in 2 months to begin working. I had no idea what was ahead of me or if it was even possible! I was shocked.

Although, I decided to take the job and leave school early. I had to make an accelerated exit from school in Wyomigng and finish my degree online. Right before I left one of my good friends, Jacob, gave me The Giving Key necklace that said "Dream". It was absolutely perfect because being a dancer in Disneyland truly was a dream of mine since I was young.

I love being a dancer in Disneyland and have had the privilege of dancing so many great roles. I could not be more thankful for the opportunity to share my passion with others every night. My goal as a performer is to not only to fulfill myself by dancing but to bring joy to each and every guest. There are so many people out there that really deserve something small just to put a smile on their face. My goal is to be that small something. I am beyond thankful for this dream I am living. Thank you Jacob for giving me this necklace. It means a lot. No dream is too big for anyone!
