My Story
I have received the giving key believe bracelet from a dear friend who sent it to me a year ago right after my husband (Matt) was diagnosed with Head & Neck Cancer, he was undergoing grueling treatments and I was his caregiver. She knew I was struggling and could use the gift.
For the past year I’ve worn the believe bracelet. A few days ago a sweet 26 year old girl has reached out to me she had heard my husband’s story and so she reached out, she has similar cancer and hers has spread to her lungs as well just likes Matts has. She is a young mom of 2 babies she is scarred and numb.
I am sending her two soft food cookbooks to help and I remembered the believe bracelet, while my journey is still going I feel she needs this bracelet more than I do; so it’s time to pay it forward and send it to her. After all when you live with cancer you must have hope and you simply must believe.
