Where do I start....
My Girlfriend gave me a Giving Key with with word "BREATHE" on it due to my severe depression and anxiety around the time my grandmother passed. It has helped me out so much at times where I hit bottom.
This past weekend my best friends brother died spear fishing. He is having a hard time dealing with it, so I figured he should have the key since it helped me in hard times.
Coincidently his brother died of drowning so "BREATHE" was perfect for him to remember that as long as you have breath- smile and appreciate life.
