Strength to Recover

"How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard?" - Winnie the Pooh

Recently I purchased a Giving Keys necklace for my best friend who had a bike crash that wasn't her fault. She is in hospital with head injury and has had two operations since December 3rd. She is in an induced coma. The placement of the pressure on the brain/skull is too high which means they cannot wake her up yet. I gave her the key with Strength on it because she is the strongest person that I know and she is only twenty years old. We have been best friends since high school (UK high school) but lost touch in college and we regained touch back in end of last year to where it feels like we have never stopped talking... this shows me that I have a really and truly amazing friendship with her that no matter how many years we didn't speak because  we were able to pick it up where we left it. I am giving her the key with the word Strength because she is really strong and she is definitely a fighter! She has an amazing passion/love for motorbikes, has many friends who are bikers. I unfortunately am not a biker although I love bikes! We have known each other for nine years, and many more to come when she wakes up from coma with speedy recovery. I hope, pray, and wait for her to remember everything/everyone and hope that she does not have any health consequences in terms of her brain. Pats  my little angel, you are the strongest, most beautiful person inside and out that I know, and just know that I love you to bits. You are my sister from another mother and father<3 I miss her, miss her smile, her laugh, her stupid little jokes, or things that she would just randomly come up with! She is honestly the best person who I have ever been friends with and I am hoping there will be many more years of our friendship to come.
