I received a key with the word CURE on it from a friend when I began my breast cancer journey. I did 17 rounds of chemo and surgery to successfully beat cancer.
I always thought about my key and how I wanted to find the perfect person to give my key to after completing my treatment.
I play recreational tennis, and my tennis friends provided amazing support during my treatment. Recently, I reached out to a tennis player who was unfortunately beginning her breast cancer treatment journey. I gave her my CURE key to support her in her journey to beat her breast cancer.
