I received my "Inspire" key from a genuine, loving, giving friend. I treasured it so much that I didn't think I would ever give it away. I was wrong!
A week ago, a friend, who has been extremely important in my life, lost her mother suddenly. Her mother was also my friend who always showed unconditional love to everyone around her. During the funeral, I heard how much she meant to others and how she unconditionally loved all who crossed her path. She passed this trait on to her daughter who has been my friend for nearly 30 years. My friend is very sad about her mother's passing so I gave her my key to remind her how inspiring her mother was to me. And also that she inspires me as her mother always did. She was touched and felt unworthy of the key. As we cried together, she said this will give her strength to get through the next few days, weeks and months as her family adjust to their new normal.
