On my birthday last May, I was given my first "The Giving Keys" necklace from a young woman who is like a second daughter to me. My parents grew up with her grandparents and I grew up with her parents. I coached her in high school and she became one of my daughter's best friends. I was so moved by this wonderful gift as she told me all that she knew about your incredible company.
Jordan lost her mother, Kae, to breast cancer in 2009 and she is an only child. Our connection with her is just like family and since her mother passed, she has dedicated her passion for volleyball with the motto, "PLAY FOR KAE." She is now preparing to leave for Rio on Friday to compete on the Women's USA National Indoor Volleyball Team in the 2016 Summer Olympic Games.
As we were putting together an "inspiration" box of goodies for her to receive today, I was fortunate enough to find a gold giving key necklace that says "BELIEVE" for her at a local boutique.
I am so excited for her to open our little care package and share this key with her as she helps Team USA pursue gold in Rio.
Thank you for making a difference with the simplicity of giving through the rustic character of an old key unlocking new opportunities! #feelingblessed
