The Giving Keys Foundation is committed to breaking cycles of poverty by supporting people transitioning out of homelessness — because employment, opportunity, and dignity change everything.

Before the pandemic, we were honored to employ more than 150 people experiencing homelessness, and they remain at the heart of everything we do.

Our Foundation will expand this impact — partnering with organizations that provide job opportunities, career development, and essential support for our unhoused neighbors.

Our goal is to get every other company in LA (and the US) to hire at least one person who is trying to transition out of homelessness.

We have the data and know it works.

At the same time, we recognize another crisis shaping our world today: a pandemic of loneliness. And we believe human connection is one of the most powerful tools for healing.

For years, The Giving Keys has hand-stamped words like Believe, Hope, Strength, and custom messages that meet people right where they are. Each key is meant to be embraced - and then passed on to someone who needs it even more, sparking empathy and human connection. Our Pay It Forward movement continues through the Foundation, reminding people that they’re seen, supported, and never alone.

Through meaningful employment partnerships and connection-driven initiatives giving away FREE Giving Keys to those who need them (rehab facilities, hospitals, street activations, etc.) The Giving Keys Foundation empowers people to step into new chapters of stability, purpose, and belonging.

Because when we lift each other up, we all rise.
