Don't Stress Over The Past

My dear friend and colleague has been struggling with personal life decisions and work choices. Over a glass of wine tonight, I found myself encouraging her to BREATHE. We talked about living in the moment and not getting caught up in ruminating about the past, or stressing over the future. I felt compelled to pass on my giving key because I know that right now...she needs this thought more than I. Thanks for the opportunity to pass on this kindness......pay it forward!
