The Strength Of A Frienship

I received a key today from my best friend of 40+ years. She gave me the key of strength. She wrote in the card with my gift that she thought I was the strongest person because there are many days when I could choose to lay down and give up but I continue to persevere, even flourish, despite the many losses and disappointments in my life. What she refuses to believe is that she is MY strength. Without her love and support I would be weak. SHE is MY strength. Thank God for friendships
