Pass It Along

My boss has been such a support to me. She has mentored me and given me wise council. I have come to think of her as a friend. As she shared with me something that was impacting her deeply, I realized I had no way to thank her, or to help her. So I looked down to my key. HOPE. And I thanked her and told her about the key. And told her it was her turn to pass it on. I pray that she looks on it and thinks of the word. I hope she thinks of the woman who engraved it, and woman who gave it to her and that she starts to think of it as an opportunity to pass it on.
