About 8 months ago I got a summer internship at an investment center. As May approached my mother unexpectedly passed away. When I told my boss I unknowingly formed a lifelong friendship with her because she too lost her mother at my age. She spend this summer mentoring me not only in finance, but life too. Today was my last day, and she shared a bracelet with me. She no longer needs the strength, but as I continue my career during this hard time, I do. So, she passed her bracelet onto me.
