I was so excited to get my "CHOOSE JOY" key necklace on Thursday. I have struggled with joy and it would be a great reminder.
Just the very next day, I got a call from a friend. Up until this day we had never gotten to deep with our talks or even much time together. I could tell by her voice this was a reach for help. I rushed to her house and found her just tired and exhausted mentally physically and spiritually. I struggled to find words. Through tears, she sobbed, "I just can't see any joy in life". At that moment I knew why I had pick that key. I placed it on her neck. Knowing I had just bought it, she tried to stop me. I explained I had too. She clenched it and hugged me. It was such an amazing moment.
That simple key spoke volumes of words that I could not find.
