Yesterday's sermon....
Trust.
The friction of my note taking was causing sparks.
It was elementary brilliance...
things I needed to hear..
but deep down
I already knew.
That's it!
I need to resolve to trust more...
This won't be easy...
but what character traits
grow in the land of easy?
bravery?
no.
wisdom?
no.
honesty?
no.
determination?
no.
authenticity?
no.
Living a life absent of trust
is miserable...I know.
Walking around in a cloud of
skepticism.
cynicism.
doubt...
closed off to believing in anyone...
anything...
even yourself.
