My long time best friend has been very sick for a long time and we all know that the chances aren't really in her favor. It has been hard for everyone to remain positive when we all know we could be losing one of the most beautiful souls soon. Despite the unpleasant circumstances, my beautiful best friend has remained SO positive. With that being said, her mom walked into the hospital room the other night and put a necklace around everyone's neck that reads "BREATHE." She told us that no matter how hard situations get, you always have to take a step back and breathe and realize that some things cannot change and we just have to move forward no matter how hard it may be.
