Sometimes our co-workers need to know that we understand, that we care, and that we will be there for them.
Especially when it comes to being a woman. Woman can be so mean to each other sometimes, when we really should be lifting each other up.
My co-worker has had a pretty rough year. Without telling too much about her personal life, lets just say, that when it rains it pours.
Today I gave her my key. As she cried I knew she needed it more than I did.
