My Story
I was gifted an "Engage" giving key from my co-worker/close friend, Scott Rodgerson. At the time, one of my employees and district managers, Marco had been working tirelessly to earn a promotion as a Market Director.
I had worked with Marco for a few years and I also knew that he had really wanted love and a family as well. It was the end of November 2018 and Marco and I were at a dinner following our holiday launch with our employees. He had recently met and connected with an amazing woman and in addition to that, I knew that his chance to become a Market Director was soon on its way.
I felt this was the perfect moment to give Marco the "Engage" giving key. I pulled him aside and explained to him that I was giving him this key for two reasons. The first, stay engaged in the business. Do not lose hope, your chance is coming right around the corner.
The second, was for his personal relationship and a sign that I knew that soon he would be engaged. Fast forward to today. Marco is a Market Director and he is engaged and getting married on July 2019! I loved participating in the giving key! Thank you for the opportunity to pay it forward.
