My Story
Let me tell you a little about why my bestie embodies this word to a T. We met in college and that was 20 years ago, give or take a few years because we’ve honestly stopped counting. Since the day I met her she has taken life one moment at a time. Every time something made her nervous or gave her anxiety she would slow and find a way to overcome whatever the challenge was! She was recently diagnosed with breast cancer at 40 years old! Let me tell you… this diagnosis has not stopped her fearlessness! She has cried and still gone to work, the gym, showed up for me and for my daughter ( who calls her Auntie)! She has never looked at whatever the cards of life have thrown her way as a reason to be a victim… she has only seen moments where she GETS to be Fearless! She has taught me that no matter what you can overcome anything! Happy 41st Birthday to my bestie and cheers to the next chapters of your life that you get to be fearless and I can’t wait to see what shenanigans we find together! I love you!
