My Story
Dad was looking for a Christmas gift for me. Ever since mom’s been losing her mind to dementia he’s been stepping up, and gift giving isn’t his strong suit lol. Bless him for trying so hard! Well I thought “I would like a new giving key”, so he told me to order what I would like. I got a bracelet that says Love, earrings that say Hope, and I ordered a mystery word key. I was like “I want the right word for this part of my life to find me”. I cried when I opened it on Christmas. BELIEVE.
Believe in myself; my strength and resilience. Believe in my friends and their honest love for me. Believe in my heart and what I know to be true. Believe that I am worthy and my purpose is important. That’s going to be 2023 for me…and beyond. I asked dad which word he thought was on it before I opened, and he said “believe”. I honestly can’t believe it!
I only take it off to shower, gym, and sleep, I’m already completely attached to this perfect and adorable key! I absolutely love that it’s vintage and has a history. Also the actual shape is perfect, I the symmetry is incredibly soothing to me. I moved it to a vintage chain so the whole piece is seeped in history and stories. Believe in yourself!
