I had gifted this key to my mom, Irene, for Mother's Day 2016. Even though she is the strongest woman in the world, who couldn't use a little extra Strength? I loved the message, and I loved the mission.
Then, as summer drew to a close, my husband and I suffered the devastating loss of our baby. My mother, dealing with her own grief after losing a grandchild, booked a flight and came to support me - key in hand.
I wear it every day as a reminder of the strength that supports me, and the strength within me.
