Hi, my name is Kenzie.
On October 15, 2014, I was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Through my diagnosis a lot of my nurses and doctors became my friends, and I have made a lot of new friends along the way. I made a friend in the hospital, Yazmine. She is the strongest girl I know, and she has been riding a roller coaster her whole life. When she was four, she acquired pancreatitis, which means the doctors had to take out most of her pancreas. Ever since then she had a lot of stomach complications. She has had numerous NG tubes, but now she has where it goes to her stomach. She is beautiful and wonderful, and she is only nineteen. She is one of the bravest, strongest girl that I have ever met and she has a lot of faith.
