My Story

My story starts with a sisterhood. Each year I host an event called ChicMas. It’s where I celebrate my sister’s for all they have done for me throughout my life and to this day. Most of us have been together since childhood which is such a special rarity to have and some are newer that are an additional blessing with the seasons of life. My parents taught me the meaning of friendship early on and how important your circle is. They were great friends who in turn still have those same friends in their life . I am grateful my mom and her ladies who I love immensely and who look out for her like my sisters do for me are able to be a part of our evening as well. This year I purchased the Vintage Mystery Keys. What was engraved on them was a mystery. Each one picked a package not knowing what word they would be theirs. My gifting of the keys to them was a pay-it-forward for all the things they pour into me and my daughter as they always have. They remind me to be FEARLESS , to have STRENGTH when life gets hard , to always DREAM big, to BELIEVE in myself, that the power of LOVE is not only a gift, but a blessing that wins every time and most of all that I am WORTHY of having all of it. It was such a special night to celebrate them, to remind them of what mean to me and how grateful I am.
