Simple Kindness

My story is not a sob story by any means, but just a simple act of kindness. I had a guy come up to me at a restaurant and ask me if the necklace I was wearing was a "giving key". I, of course, told him yes.

Then he proceeded to explain that he wanted to buy one at Kitson, but he was so intimidated by the product. He continued to say how much he wanted one and that he had wished he purchased it.

The key I had hanging from my neck had the word "Love" engraved in it. I thought to myself, this is not the touching scenario I had in my head of when I would give away this key.. I mean he isn't even dying of leukemia!

But sometimes we touch others' lives very simply and we change the world through these sparks of generosity. Thank you for taking the time to read! Xoxo!
