My friend Laura was diagnosed with breast cancer. I got my key that read COURAGE a few days after I heard the news and thought of her right away. I gave it to her right before she had her MRI appointment. Needless to say she loved it. You see breast cancer runs in her family and when her mom was diagnosed someone gave her something similar. She told me that this key meant so much to her and that she would wear it always. She was not able to wear it around her neck since she was having a biopsy done, but she said that she wouldn't take it off, so she wrapped it around her wrist.
She is so amazing and staying so positive. Her courage is truly inspiring!!!
